Prohibition of Riba in the Old Testament
The dichotomy between religion and business has caused both like something is missing. Religion without the support of the economy enough to cause underdevelopment of the culprit in many areas because almost all economic activities require support life. Conversely, a business without religious values or spiritual values without causing a more prolonged dissatisfaction and confusion of the direction to be addressed. Target achievements are fantastic business does not also visit brings happiness.
Two polar extremes can be met in the business who practice the values of spirituality or religious. Many business people have started to bring religion or spirituality into the realm of business. Another corner, partly by religious figures have also started working in the field of business by bringing religious ethics. They do not want to be stuck at the extreme poles of the dualism.
For them there is no fence between the business world and spirituality. Also no need for a balance between business and spirituality. Both are running in an integrated manner. They did not question "Is there a place for spirituality in business?" but they think business is a form of worship in order to prosper the Earth and its content in accordance with the desired God has raised them as his representative on Earth. In other words, their business ethics are the values of religion itself.
Other forms of this disparity is the justification of Robin Hood style. For the heroes are the most important thing for them is where their property was distributed. "You do not need to ask how do I make money. The important thing is I distribute some of my wealth to the mosque, sympathize orphans and other social projects. "
This view is certainly not appropriate because it would damage the economy and business systems in ways that are not ethical.
