Self Leadership and Stress Management

One common problem that many people face today are related to self-leadership is a matter of stress. Whether stress is good for us? Is it just stress can make us the best show?

One of the benefits of an effective self-leadership is the emergence of courage in a broad sense which means daring to have great dreams and dare to step out and dare to face all risks facing. One of the secrets of the emergence of courage is to manage the dynamics of the inner as well as reduce the fear of losing.
Many executives believe that stress is beautiful. According to stress at a certain limit will encourage us to improve performance. More than that is that we should not be satisfied with the performance we have achieved because satisfaction will weaken the spirit to do better.

Working hard every day to reach targets set itself or by the company, but gradually began to feel tired both physiologically and psychologically. Is there another way to succeed but still satisfied and happy at the same time?

There is a missing link between success and happiness that is loss of consciousness of one's inner dynamics. It is important to understand and learn how to manage and lead the dynamics of one's inner self in order to achieve sustainable peak performance and continuous inner satisfaction. Often, successful people reach the summit but largely obtained harbored fear losing. That fear of losing something of what has been achieved now and what will be achieved which will come though still unseen.

Fear can indeed improve one's performance by generating adrenaline, a highly energized and cause addiction. But adrenaline is also self-consuming and can not survive long. To achieve sustainable peak performance, motivation to learn and change us from fear of losing it to be happy doing that have a different chemistry.

There are three basic laws of how someone would do something that is:
1. Someone will do something new when love and happy to do it.
2. People may be doing something because of compulsion or fear of the threat.
3. Someone will do something because it is the duty, but he lost his enthusiasm in doing so.

This becomes very important because the essence of leadership is to identify, locate and identify the real self.
Leadership is how someone in the habit of proactive and creative. In fact, most of us are reactive. Why is that? Since we usually identify ourselves with the body, mind and emotions, which in fact is very narrow and is called ego identity. The nature of the ego is self centered and reactive.

How is the way to overcome this trait? Do it through a simple exercise to perform outer journey in order to experience a sense of distance, regardless of the body, mind, emotions and positioned the awareness and experience more deeply into the inner self which is also a proactive and creative.

How practical is a form of meditation or yoga. Lessons of all that among other things is to find oneself completely, to calm emotions and so forth. This exercise not only lead to positive feelings and fun but also can enable a cheerful and proactive self through the ego, not the egos of self-reactive.
